ReInspection Fee

Artivion, Inc. (“Company”) may charge a Quality Re-inspection and Regulatory Compliance Fee for domestic returns of Artivion product or tissue on a per-box or per-unit basis. For product returned pursuant to a Company-issued return material authorization within thirty (30) days of delivery to Customer and otherwise in accordance with Company’s terms, Customer shall pay all shipping costs along with a restocking fee of $100* per-box or -unit of product and $550* per order of tissue.

This amount may be changed by Artivion from time to time.
