E-nside™ TAAA
MULTIBRANCH STENT GRAFT SYSTEM
Making the Revolutionary Routine.
Product Highlights
- E-nside TAAA is the first Pre-Cannulated, inner branch-based, OFF-THE-SHELF solution for thoracoabdominal aneurysms accessible on the market.
- Inner branches: More versatility. More anatomies. More patients.
- Pre-cannulation is designed to minimize fluoroscopy, implantation time, and contrast media necessary to finalize the procedure.
Product Overview
1. ASYMMETRICAL COMPRESSION SPRINGS
Designed to maintain patency of the branches as well as avoid longitudinal compressions during catheterization of the target vessels.
2. FIXATION SEAM
The proximal fixation of the inner branches allows longitudinal stability and support during cannulation of the target vessels.
3. ENLARGED, ELLIPTICAL OUTLET
Re-designed oval-shaped outlets to allow for greater flexibility of the covered stents.
4. MIGRATION REDUCTION
A thin 0.1 mm PET thread added inside each inner branch designed to enhance the friction of any covered stent to help minimize migration.
1. PROXIMAL CLASPING SYSTEM
Although fully covered, the asymmetrical proximal spring allows blood flow, as well as guide wires and catheters, to gain access to the top of stent graft even with the tip capture still in place.
2. FIXATION
Knurled cap and tactile marker for fixation during the procedure.
3. DEPLOYMENT HANDLE
Proven Squeeze-to-Release mechanism to ensure low friction, controlled deployment of the stent graft.
4. PRE-CANNULATION
Four 0.018“ (I.D.) tubes ensure access to the inner branches of the stent graft and by means of a through & through implantation technique provide convenient access for the covered stents.
The inner branch designed stent graft from Artivion – shows in my hands promising early results and is therefore an important complementary off-the-shelf device for acute and elective complex endovascular aneurysm repair.

Inner vs. Outer Branch Performance: Key Insights1

These findings may reflect a trend towards a higher midterm target vessel stability using inner branch technology in case of extensive aortic aneurysmal disease.2
